Warning: 72 Hours, A Male Enhancement Product Marketed As A Dietary Supplement, Has Been Recalled

72 Hours Warning

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration announced the recall of the brand 72 Hours a dietary supplement sold to promote sexual enhancement.  The FDA said Atlas Operations Inc. of Pompano Beach, Fla., initiated the voluntary recall.

According to an FDA spokesperson, “72 Hours is currently being sold as a dietary supplement throughout the U.S”.   However, the Food and Drug Administration lab analyses found the products contain Sulfoaildenafil, an analogue of Sildenafil, an FDA-approved drug used as treatment for male erectile dysfunction, making these products an unapproved drug.  The active drug ingredient is not listed on the product label.”

The FDA said that undeclared ingredient might pose a threat because the interaction of the analogue with some prescription drugs can lower blood pressure to dangerous levels.  Consumers with diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or heart disease often take other prescription drugs.  Erectile Dysfunction is a common problem in men with these conditions, and consumers may seek these types of products to enhance sexual performance.

About 72 Hours

It gives you a solid hard on in less than 20 minutes of taking the pill. This is a claim that many pills and powders make, but none live up to. But, results can be verified with millions of satisfied customers around the world who have willingly sent their testimony for the benefit of others. The other fantastic feature offered is the ability of the pill to last for 72 hours. Don’t worry, you won’t have a hard on for 72 hours – that would be very painful indeed- but, you will be ready hung at all times, so you can get an erection any time you want.

The Bottom Line

This unapproved drug is unsafe. 72 Hours is being sold as a dietary supplement, which contains Sulfoaildenafil.  Sulfoaildenafil is an FDA-approved drug used as treatment for male Erectile Dysfunction (ED) making this product an unapproved drug.  In addition, the active drug ingredient is not listed on the product label.  If you have had an adverse reaction or quality problems experienced with the use of 72 Hours, you can report this to the FDA’s MedWatch Adverse Event Reporting program.  Online:  www.fda.gov/MedWatch/report.htm1

  6. I have been a long time blog reader, but I can probably count the number of times that I have left a comment using my fingers and toes. It is not that I never have the desire, I just usually find myself far less articulate than the author of the blog that I am reading. For that reason I figure that there is no need for me to take away from what they have written with a seemingly un-intelligible response. I feel that there are far too many of these types of responses in blogs and I usually do not wish to be part of it. Why I chose to be part of that now though, I cannot explain.
